Our ultimate goal is to get your business or household back up and running quickly. As your insurance advisor, being there for you at the time of a claim is the most important role we play. The claims process can be long and complex – but we work closely with you and our insurance partners to ensure that this process is as simple and efficient as possible.

Insurers are selected and recommended based on a number of key criteria including (in no particular order):


  • Financial Strength;
  • Claims Payment/Experience;
  • Reputation;
  • Motivation of actual underwriters and their expertise;
  • Local Authority; and
  • Appetite.

We work only with APRA approved insurance companies and specialist underwriting agencies with a Standard & Poor’s rating of no less than A-. Our insurance is comprehensive and competitive coupled with relationships with underwriters and industry leaders that have been formed over many years across various specialties and companies.

You will only be partnered with an underwriter that is motivated to cover your business – it is not simply a transaction.

Importantly, we also encourage you to meet your major underwriters.
